Vermilion’s newest restaurant, HUBKIN’S, is now open and offering a selection of smoked meats at 5004 – 50 Ave (Main Street). HUBKIN’S offers a family friendly atmosphere serving ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pork loin, sausage, meatloaf, and hamburgers along with a variety of sides and meal combinations. Staff members are encouraging the public to keep watching for new menu options, and a future liquor license. “We are looking forward to serving the community, “ said supervisor, Lorna Hamilton.
