The Race of Vermilion took place on March 20, with 11 teams which made up 56 participants. Family units received 65 point-based tasks via email at noon on the day of the event and completed the tasks in their homes and throughout the community.

“We received very positive responses from our participants who really enjoyed having a day to enjoy being outside, having family friendly activities, and introduce an element of excitement during these times of restrictions,” commented coordinator, Josh Anderson.

It was determined that the team ‘the 49ers”, composed of Tara & Brett Jackson, Erin, Kevin, Kaidyn, & Karter Beek, were the winners!
