On August 12, Tim Hortons had Camp Day.

The initiative of Camp Day is to give children from low-income families the opportunity to have a camp experience. Tim Hortons has camps across North America, and works with local organizations for children and youth to determine who would benefit from the opportunity to attend a Tim Hortons camp. Tim Hortons Camps consist of a multi-year program of various activities intended to boost self esteem, leadership skills, and more. However, due to COVID-19, the Tim Hortons Camp program will look a little different this year.

Tim Hortons eCamp began last month, and will be offering activities that build the same skills as the in person camps, in an online setting.

All iced and hot coffee purchases on August 12 went towards the Tim Hortons Camp Foundation. Additionally, customers could purchase a $1 rent-a-tent donation, or donate $2 to get a camp day bracelet.
