The community of Vermilion is in for a treat as local resident Shane Thomas gears up to captivate audiences once more with his dazzling performance. Embracing an array of characters and melodies, Thomas provides an afternoon brimming with entertainment for the whole family.
Scheduled to take place at Cunningham Place, conveniently located at the East door across from ATCO on 50th Ave and 49th Street, the event is set for April 6th, commencing at 1 p.m. with a special Elvis impersonation by Thomas at 2 p.m.
Attendees can anticipate an unique experience as Thomas channels the energy and charm of beloved figures such as the Wiggles, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and Mickey Mouse. Fans of Elvis Presley will be particularly delighted by Thomas’s uncanny portrayal, embodying the iconic performer’s mannerisms and distinctive voice with remarkable resemblance.
The event boasts accessibility for all, with admission granted via cash donation, though not mandatory. Moreover, refreshments including snacks and juice will be available to enhance the enjoyment of attendees. It’s worth noting that while the event warmly welcomes guests of all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Not only is this event a celebration of entertainment and community spirit, but it also serves a noble cause. Proceeds from the live performance will be generously donated to Hearts and Hands, a local crisis service dedicated to supporting the community through the provision of essential goods and services.
