Lighten Up Therapy and Wellness opened a new retail location at 4931- 50 Avenue in Vermilion on February 1.
The store offers a selection of giftware, jewellery, journals, self-development books for children and adults, healing crystals, oracle cards, bath products, essential oils, and health food. They are open to suggestions of product lines that the community would like to be brought in.
The building also houses a group space for classes and workshops that is available for rentals, as well as four practitioner rooms. They will offer BodyTalk, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and perhaps massage and reiki. In the future, they will be offering infrared sauna with a shower on site, and one of the practitioner rooms is still available for rent.
“I am thrilled to have a retail space in Vermilion and look forward to continuing to serve the community in the coming years. I am so thankful for the support from the community and surrounding areas, including visitors from Marwayne, St. Paul, and Wainwright,” said Owner Amber Howard.
Lighten Up Therapy will be offering their first workshop for single ladies looking for love on February 14. Courtney Florence will hold A BodyTalk information session on March 1. March will also see a hypnosis talk for those looking to ask questions, as well as a crystal workshop.
