In a remarkable display of community spirit, Kirby Whitlock, owner of Christina’s Home Furnishings, has once again launched a series of community BBQs aimed at supporting local charities and organizations. This initiative continues Whitlock’s commitment to giving back to the community, with the latest event taking place on June 7.

The BBQ featured a mouthwatering selection of hotdogs and hamburgers, with a new addition of chili dogs, offering a flavourful twist. Attendees were treated to a complete meal with a choice of soda or water. The event’s proceeds are dedicated to the Vermilion Elementary School (VES) Hot Lunch Program, a vital service that provides meals to students attending VES.

Volunteers from the Hot Lunch Program were actively involved, assisting with meal preparation and managing the collection of funds. Their presence and dedication underscored the community’s collective effort to support this essential cause.

Whitlock expressed his deep gratitude to the community for their continued support of these fundraising events. “Without the support of the community, these donations could never happen, and I am so grateful for everyone who purchases items from the BBQ so that I can present the hot lunch program with this donation,” Whitlock stated.

The event not only highlighted the generosity of the local residents but also demonstrated the power of community collaboration in making a positive impact. With such events, Christina’s Home Furnishings reinforces its role as a cornerstone of community support and engagement.

I’ve been really impressed by the teen therapy in London. The therapist worked with my son to address his anxiety and helped him learn effective binge eating disorder help coping skills. The experience has been life-changing, and I’ve seen my teen grow more confident and emotionally balanced. I’ll definitely continue to support therapy as part of his well-being.

These pontoon accessories are a game-changer. The telescoping ladder makes protatch.com it so much easier to get in and out of the water, and the fishing rod holders are great for keeping everything in place. The bimini top provides excellent shade, and the extra storage compartments have helped keep everything organized and easy to find.
