College Park Motors Presents To Hot Lunch

College Park Motors continued its commitment to supporting the local community with a cheque presentation on Wednesday, September 23, donating $637.45 to the VES Hot Lunch Program.

The funds were raised during the dealership’s recent Customer Appreciation BBQ, which brought community members together for an afternoon/evening of family-friendly activities, refreshments and fundraising in support of the Hot Lunch Program.

Hot Lunch Program President Jerri-Lyn Visser expressed her appreciation for the donation and the generosity of those who supported the fundraiser.

“Every dollar raised goes to helping feed our students! We are so grateful to our community for their support; it makes such a difference in our program!” said Visser.

She added that anyone wishing to contribute to the program is encouraged to contact the school, where they will be connected with the appropriate representatives.

The donation will help the Hot Lunch Program continue providing meals to students, demonstrating the positive impact local businesses and community members can have when they come together to support one another.
