The Remax Prairie Realty Curling Superleague was finally able to crown a champion January 25 for the first time in two years. Congratulations to the Tim DeRoo foursome of Tim DeRoo, Steve Westergaard, Ryan Smith and Adam Carter, who narrowly defeated the Derek Westman team on the final shot.

DeRoo, the league coordinator, would like to thank all the local league sponsors including, Agland, UFA, Longs Value Drug Mart, Fountain Tire, Rona, JMH Adam’s, Kinect Physiotherapy and of course title sponsor Remax Prairie Realty.

“Without their support the league would not be what it is today,” says DeRoo.

The ten-team league had some good curling this season and DeRoo is looking forward to welcoming all the teams back next season.
