Richardson Denture Clinic is celebrating an important milestone this spring, marking two years since Danielle officially took ownership of the long-standing practice while also welcoming the return of a local student beginning her practicum within the clinic.

For Danielle, the anniversary represents far more than simply owning a business. It reflects years of dedication to both the profession and the community she has continued to serve since first joining Richardson Denture Clinic in 2011. While ownership may have officially changed hands two years ago, the clinic’s deep roots within the community stretch back more than five decades, making it a familiar and trusted part of local healthcare for generations of families.

Over the past several years, Danielle has worked to continue the caring atmosphere and patient relationships the clinic has become known for, while also helping guide the business into its next chapter. She noted feeling incredibly grateful for the continued support shown by patients and residents throughout the transition into new ownership.

That sense of community connection was especially evident this week as the clinic gathered to celebrate not only the ownership milestone, but also the return of local denturist student Morgan, who has officially begun her practicum at Richardson Denture Clinic.

For Danielle and the team, welcoming a local student back into the clinic carries special meaning. Morgan’s placement offers an opportunity for hands-on learning while allowing her to continue building experience within the same community she calls home. The practicum also highlights the importance of supporting future healthcare professionals in rural communities and creating opportunities for students to learn close to home.

To recognize both occasions, Richardson Denture Clinic hosted coffee and treats at the clinic on May 5, inviting community members to stop in, visit, and celebrate alongside the team. Throughout the day, many familiar faces came through the doors, reflecting the longstanding relationships that have helped define the clinic over the years.

Danielle said the support received from the community continues to mean everything to both herself and the clinic staff. She shared that without the trust and loyalty of local patients over the years, reaching milestones like this simply would not be possible.

As Richardson Denture Clinic looks ahead, the team says they remain committed to continuing the personalized care and welcoming environment the clinic has become known for while supporting the next generation entering the profession.

After more than 50 years in the community, the clinic’s story continues to be shaped not only by those providing care, but by the people who continue walking through its doors year after year.
