The Vermilion Jr. B Tigers picked up wins in Lloydminster and St. Paul, with a home loss to Killam between the two road victories. Hannah capped off the three-game stretch with a hat trick, scoring the overtime winner against the Canadiens on October 24.

The Tigers visited the Lloydminster Bandits at the Cenovus Energy Hub on Sunday, October 18, earning a 3–1 win.

After a scoreless opening period, Siewert put Vermilion on the board early in the second, assisted by Toutant and Johnston. Johnston followed with a power-play goal, with Siewert and Cadieux collecting the assists.

Captain Pavka extended the lead to 3–0, assisted by Saville and Rentz. The Bandits answered 40 seconds later, but neither team scored in the third, leaving the Tigers with the win.

Lloydminster outshot Vermilion 31–29. The Tigers scored once on seven power-play opportunities and killed off all five Bandits chances.

Siewert was named Hardest Worker of the Game, while Roppelt received College Park Motors Player of the Game honours.

Back at Vermilion Stadium on Friday, October 23, the Tigers suffered their second loss of the season, falling 4–2 to the Killam Wheat Kings.

Killam held a 1–0 lead after the first period before Pavka tied the game early in the second, assisted by Hannah and Davidson. The Wheat Kings regained the lead, but Toutant’s power-play goal, assisted by Vaughan and Johnston, brought Vermilion even again before the intermission.

The Tigers outshot Killam 20–5 in the second period, but the Wheat Kings scored the go-ahead goal in the third and added an empty-netter with four seconds remaining.

Vermilion finished with a 35–30 advantage in shots, went one-for-six on the power play and held Killam scoreless on three opportunities.

Twin brothers Bruno and Byron Betz joined the team as the Ice Reflections Mini Tigers. Hannah received College Park Motors Player of the Game honours, while Malka was named Hardest Worker of the Game.

The Tigers travelled to St. Paul’s Clancy Richard Arena on Saturday, October 24, bouncing back with a 4–3 overtime win over the Canadiens.

St. Paul scored first in each period, and Vermilion answered each time. Hannah tied the game late in the opening frame, assisted by Pavka and Davidson. Malka made it 2–2 in the second, with Pavka picking up the assist.

Trailing again in the third, the Tigers pulled even with 3:42 remaining when Hannah scored his second of the night, assisted by Pavka and Davidson.

Hannah completed his hat trick just 42 seconds into overtime, with Pavka and Davidson again providing the assists. Pavka finished with four assists, while Davidson collected three.
